Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending compliance resolution.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) wallet99 account. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wallet99 will, upon detection, close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings derived from duplicate accounts, and may permanently ban the associated player.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration and update your account details promptly if they change. wallet99 accepts no liability for losses resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wallet99 login credentials. You agree to notify wallet99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. wallet99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of wallet99 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

wallet99 may suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where wallet99 reasonably believes a Player has breached these Terms or where closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance. In the event of termination for cause, wallet99 reserves the right to void pending bets and withhold bonus balances. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following any required compliance review.
A Player may close their wallet99 account at any time by contacting support. Any pending bonus wagering requirements will be waived upon voluntary account closure, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wallet99 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through wallet99's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international gaming authority. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

wallet99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your wallet99 account before the effective date.
